The coastal rowing is a discipline that is practiced on boats more similar to the hulls of the sail than to the classic English rowing.
Due to the harsher conditions encountered, the boats are wider and more robust than those used on rivers and lakes. For some years now it is no longer just a practice of coastal remote tourism but the protagonist of spectacular races and regattas because the 'rowing at sea' is practiced without lanes, with waves and currents and to make the real difference is the strategy, knowing how to "move" with the boat , aim for a buoy and make the most of the length of the rowing.
